Graded pore size
The Roki SLS consists -depending on the
micron rating- of up to 8 different layers,
Starting with coarse outer layers to
finer inner layers. The absolute and finest
layer is near the core of the cartridge. As a
result of the graded pore sizes, the dirt load
will be distributed in the filter media and
gives an excellent dirt holding capacity
= longer life than conventional depth filter
cartridges.
Absolute
We call the Roki SLS absolute because it
has a removal efficiency of more than
99.9%, measured using a test dust with
defined particles size.
100% polypropylene, silicon free!
The SLS does not contain any binder, glue
or other additives, therefore the SLS has
almost no extractable substances.
Proven quality
The manufacturing process has a high
degree of quality control. You will get a
filter cartridge with consistent properties.
The SLS cartridge has already been sold for
many years into many different
applications and has proven its reliability:
- as a pre-filter for e.g. membrane
filter cartridges in beverage industry
(beer, wine, mineral water), water
purification (RO).
- as a final filter for e.g. chemicals,
fine chemicals, cosmetics and in
many coating applications (photo,
electronics, optical media, laquers
& paints).
