SLP - SHP

The SLP cartridge combines the advantages of a depth filter with those of a pleated cartridge.
Due to the thicker, deep and wide pleats they are stronger than other pleated cartridges and are ideally suited for liquids with a high solid content or a high viscosity.
The thicker pleats with their graded density are able to effectively capture and retain gels.
The filter medium also has a sharp cut-off, so that particles smaller than the absolute rated value can easily pass the filter medium and remain in the fluid.
All of this results in a long service life and superior flow rates.
The 005 and 010 grades have an additional inner layer of glass fibre media that offers absolute sub-micron particle removal.
They are ideally suited as pre-filter to protect expensive membrane filter cartridges.
Absolute
We call the Roki SLP absolute because it has a removal efficiency of more than 99,99%, measured using a test dust with defined particle size.
100% polypropylene (005 & 010 have glass fibre)
All parts of the SLP are thermally welded, therefore there are almost no extractable substances.
Available micron ratings :
0.5, 1.0, 3.0, 5.0, 10, 15, 20, 30, 40, 50, 70 and 90 µm
The SLP has been further optimized.
This gave the SHP filter cartridge.
SHP = SLP + additional support layers to increase stiffness of the pleats
Result ; SHP has in specific liquids a longer service life than the SLP with the same micron rating.
