Roki’s PEH filter cartridges have a very special filter media which consist of a matrix made from fine polypropylene and glass fibers to hold Diatomaceous earth.
Diatomaceous earth with its porous structure is recognized for its exceptional filtration characteristics (physical and adsorptive filtration);
• removal of colloidal particles
• excellent removal of particles between 0.5 and 2 micron
• the removal of turbidities in liquids
The PEH filter cartridges are the ideal prefilters in e.g. the beverage industry to protect the more expensive membrane cartridges and thus help you to lower the operating cost.
As a result of the unique properties of the combination of Diatomaceous earth in a micro fiber matrix, PEH has already proven its performance in other applications too.
For example: filtration of proof film coatings, inkjet inks, high-performance lubricant oils, etc…
