Roki's new MAP filter cartridge, is the first disposable filter cartridge that can filter liquids up to 50000 cps (mpas).
This is possible due to a specific stabilizing media that is incorporated into the filter media, preventing compression of the filter media under influence of the high pressure drop created by the high viscosity liquid.
MAP filters can go up in differential pressure to 8,6 barg, whereas standard disposable filters max differential pressure is 4,5 - 5 barg.
This additional resistance, offers a longer life (see graph 50000 cps) and a lower pressure drop (see graph comparing Roki SHP and Roki MAP) because the filter media remains accessible for the liquid and will not compress (block).
The cartridges is made out of Polypropylene.
Available in micron ratings from 1, 2, 3, 5, 10 and 15 micron !
